The area of Bilkent is located appr. 10 km west of Ankara. During the past years it has been devoloped as self sufficient residential complex with great social, cultural and shopping facilities. Newly completed office buildings are drawing high profile companies to the area.

Accomodation facilities have been divided into complexes of high-rise buildings, very well done with attractive surroundings and groups of high quality villas which have become very sought after. As a result availability is poor and rentals high. The whole Bilkent is protected by private security companies.

Beysukent is located 15 km to the west of Ankara, along the same road as that which leads to Bilkent.

It is an area that features single and semi-detached houses, almost all unique in their appearance. All have large gardens and a few also have a pool. Monthly rental, depending on the size and age of the property varies between $800 and $2500.

Indeed, Beysukent resembles the comfortable and spacious residential suburbs that can be found in most Western European cities. Here you'll find a balance between privacy and convenience making working and living in Ankara a pleasure.

Further down from Beysukent, newly developed Ümitköy with its sub-complex Binses has got great potential to become the favorite area among expatriates.

With many new houses, all built to a good standard and pleasing to the eye, you have the added benefit of conveniently located shopping facilities.

Mesa Koru is also a relatively new and well-planned community. Here you will find pleasant detached villas and a mix of duplex and triplex type dwellings.

Most of these have a covered garage, front yard and rear-garden. All have three or four bedrooms, one or two living rooms and at least two and half bathrooms are standard. High level shopping and recreation facilities are available locally. The entire area is very clean and free of air-pollution. Mesa Koru is protected by a private security company. Rental prices vary from $1000 to $2000.
